Domaine Dujac is located in Morey-St-Denis and owned by Jacques Seysses since 1967. A true family affair, winemaking is directed by Jacques and son Jeremy, while Jeremy's wife Diana manages the cellar and laboratory. Dujac wines have very high quality standards combining organic, biodynamic, and integrated pest management strategies to produce the greatest quality fruit. All Premier and Grand crus are aged in 100% new oak and none are neither filtered nor fined as the family approach is to “use knowledge and technology to counter accidents, but if all is going well, don’t interfere” says Mr. Seysses.

Dujac wines are known for their exceptional fragrance, structure & longevity and are consistently praised by critics. With seven Grand crus in the range, Dujac is today one of Burgundy’s leading domaines.

On 10th February, we are honored to welcome the estate owner & winemaker, Mr. Jeremy Seysses to sample a selection of Dujac’s greatest wines.
