Vibrant aromas and flavours of red cherry, oolong tea, mint and a hint of tar. Ripe and full with lots of juicy fruit flavours. It’s edgy but has great typicity and strength; the finish is long and hearty.
Perfumed, almost aromatic, nose of sweet spices, black cherry, and blackberry syrup. Raspberry, blackberry, and cranberry flavours in a sultry, super ripe style that is irresistible.
Striking nectarine and peach aromas typical of very young Barolo from a warm year. Full and ripe sweet palate with emerging aromas of coffee, liquorice and sweet spice.
Soft sweet ripe raspberry and strawberry fruit on the nose. Impressively ripe and full fruit flavours backed up with fresh acidity and ripe, but firm tannins. Balanced and smooth with a mineral finish.

Ian D'Agata:
Bright penetrating aromas of red cherry and bergamot. Mounting tannins will require patience, but this is a promising, well balanced wine. Broad fresh ripe and rosy.

Beautifully pure and precise aromas and flavours of red cherry, rose petals, and sweet spices with a lacy minerality on the long clean finish. This screams out La Morra, which isn't always the case in 2010 with wines from this commune.
