Nose full of citrus and smoke. Palate is light, simple yet clean, with a light chalky, savoury finish.

Honey bees wax with candied papaya aromatics. Palate is soft, sweet and salty with a light acidity, bringing a soft and delicate balance to this long, complex wine.
Smoky, earthy and mineral aromas. Dry, complex and mineral palate with some bitterness on the long finish. Still quite some gas. Great character, to cellar.
